Apple's Public Beta Program site is currently down ahead of today's WWDC 2016 keynote which is due to start in about 30 minutes. With Apple announcing iOS 10, macOS 10.12, watchOS 3, and a new version of tvOS it's easy to assume that a public beta may be available today. Looking at last years WWDC, a developer beta is almost guaranteed at this point...
