According to analytics company mixpanel, over 41% of iOS users are running the latest public build, iOS 8.4, as of July 8. This comes on the 9th day of iOS 8.4's availability. iOS 8.3 is still in a strong second place at over 32% of users, but its number have declined significantly since its ~71% rating on June 29, right before the release of iOS...
